Please help! (O2 Jam)

Please help me!!!

I've recently learned how to play O2 Jam. And now I'm starting to be an addict on this game!!
I have a little dilemma about this game:

I'm now in level 10. Since I was in this level everytime I finish a song. I can't recive any gems. I thought it was normal co'z I'm now in a higher level. But when I check the experience status, I'didn't recieve any experience din pala. Do you think normal pa din yun? Fuck!!! How will I level up if I'm not recieving any experience!!

To think that I'm just playing this because of the Physicist, this problem should not be a big deal for me! pero nde eh!! CNo man nakakaalam! please help! Fuckers!
